Foreign Debts is 17,217 Thousand Crore for AP state Government
Andhra Pradesh State Government has aggregate foreign debts and dues around 17,217 Thousand Crore till day.
Andhra Pradesh State Government has collected these debts from various foreign organizations for AP state development from year 1983.
AP state govt is to pay these 17,217 thousand crore rupees to oganisations, the World Bank and 11 other foreign financial firms.
In these foreign firms, the world bank is in first by providing high debts to AP state. The second position is Japan banks.
All these foreign banks and financial institutes were given the foreign debts to AP state development plans and schemes also for development programs.
From 1983 year, Andhra Pradesh state government planned to take debts and loans for various development plans and schemes also for development programs planned under state budget plans for AP state.
Andhra Pradesh State Government planning to receive foreign loans as availability at low interest rates, Debt and loans payment term period is 30 years etc.
Till 2011-12 year, A P State Government has to pay total debts and loans are around 1.36 lakhs crore, in these 1.36 lakhs crore debts, 17,217 thousand crore are from foreign sources.
