Here is latest Oil Gas Industry News on hikes of APRTC Bus Fares
The Andhra Pradesh state government has given green signals to hike of bus fares for ordinary and intra city also long distances.
The revised bus fares are like follows:
1 Rupee for every 2 Kilometers to up to 25 kilometers
2 Rupees for up to 45 kilometers
For Pallevelugu (Rural busses) – 5 paise per Kilometer
For Express and Deluxe services (Long distances) – 10 paise per Kilometer
For Super Luxury busses – 12 paise per Kilometer
Fare is not altered for Air Conditioned busses and student bus passes. But bus pass cost is revised with 100 rupees more. Ordinary / general bus pass is 550 Rs/- (at previous) and revised to 650 Rs/-.
The express bus pass is augmented from 650 Rs/- to 750 Rs/- . Bus pass of AC bus is revised to 950 Rs/- from 850 Rs/-.
In AP state, APRTC issuing 2 lakhs more bus passes for ordinary / general and express, deluxe also including AC busses for every month.
